Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be commercially minded and sales savvy with a passion for working with clients. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the transition of multiple software upgrades.
* Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
* Deliver new requirements to clients.
* Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement.
* Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team.
* Run scrum ceremonies.
* Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients and have the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
* Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
* Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application.
* Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
* Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
* Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
* Define the scope, priorities, and benefits with stakeholders.
* Document business requirements.
* Define user acceptance tests.

* Previous Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
