Key Responsibilities
1. Advise on a diverse range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
2. Work on high-value transactions, such as large-scale property portfolios, office and apartment development, energy infrastructure, PRS developments, and big office leasing agreements.
3. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including Corporate, Financial Services, and Construction to provide comprehensive legal advice.
4. Provide commercially focused guidance to clients in sectors such as technology, healthcare, energy, and retail.
5. Conduct legal research, draft contracts, and negotiate terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Candidate Profile
1. Qualified with a mid-sized or large law firm in Ireland, with up to 1 year’s PQE in commercial property. Newly qualified candidates must have completed a property seat as their penultimate or final rotation.
2. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and drafting skills.
3. A client-focused approach with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially driven advice.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
5. Enthusiastic and proactive, with a desire to develop expertise in complex real estate transactions.
