We also help companies understand the future of work and how to embrace innovation, driving more successful and competitive businesses.Skillnet Ireland is funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science.Role OverviewThis specialist role reports into the Operations Manager and is a key member of the Operations function of Skillnet Ireland.The position is primarily responsible for supporting the operational framework of Skillnet Ireland and its partner community. This role focuses on key tasks related to Strategic Programmes, and the position involves managing activities tied to the System of Record and End-of-Year System and process, preparing data for evaluations, and providing financial and performance activity data. These tasks support the Operations and Strategic Programme Managers in their efforts to proactively assist, enable, and monitor Skillnet Ireland-funded partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportProvide daily operational and administrative support for strategic programmes to ensure excellent service delivery.Deliver 2nd-level support to our funded partners through the online ticketing system.Collaboration and Partner SupportAssist with onboarding and implementation of new partners.Address partner queries, ensure adherence to guidelines, and resolve issues promptly.Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.Data and ReportingManage dashboards, extract/analyze data, and maintain Power BI reports for internal and external use.Process Improvement & Event CoordinationIdentify process improvements and coordinate events to enhance operational efficiency.Governance and ComplianceSupport in the governance of public funds and support funding processes, including proposals and contracting.Partner TrainingContribute to on-demand training content through the Partner Training Portal. Participate in monthly partner training webinars and deliver one-on-one training/system support if required.Minimum QualificationsA 3rd level qualification (or equivalent relevant professional experience) in business, learning and development, or a related discipline.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).1 year of project administration experience.Desirable QualificationsRecognised qualification in project management.Power BI experience.Experience of the Skillnet Ireland model (direct or indirect).Interested candidates should send a comprehensive CV, which outlines why you should be considered for this position.
