**Community & Housing Officer Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Community & Housing Officer to support tenancy management and housing initiatives for a key organisation in Belfast. The successful candidate will manage and sustain tenancies, build relationships with landlords and stakeholders, oversee property maintenance, and handle tenancy agreements.
The Role
* Manage and Sustain Tenancies: Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Primary Point of Contact: Support tenants in maintaining their tenancies.
* Build Relationships: Expand housing opportunities with landlords and stakeholders.
* Oversee Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and inspections.
* Handle Tenancy Agreements: Manage deposit, rent collection, and tenancy contracts.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Housing-related role (private or social housing).
* Tenancy Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of Northern Ireland tenancy laws.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and partner agencies.
