My client, a large 5* Hotel, is seeking a highly polished and creative Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager to lead their team. The successful candidate will have experience in a Luxury 4* / 5* Hotel or Event Venue. The Candidate:
1. Strong operations background within a 4* / 5* Hotel or Luxury Event Venue, with experience managing large-scale events at the highest level
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to motivate & lead a large team of full & part-time staff
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Part of the Senior Management team & Fully flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends
6. Attention to detail and high standards
7. Experience working with sales teams & clients before, during, & after events
