We're seeking an ambitious District Manager to help launch their brand-new food outlets across Ireland.
We are looking for someone who will be a true brand ambassador, embodying the company's culture while leading their district to success.
This role involves managing daily operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and coaching.
The ideal candidate will ensure all objectives are met while adhering to company guidelines and ethical business practices.
Responsibilities: Ensures optimal staffing levels while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace Is passionate about developing internal talent and building a strong leadership pipeline Maintains a proactive system for recruiting, recognising, and retaining store management Provides regular performance feedback and ensures effective performance management Delivers structured training and development programs for store management, achieving training store certification Develops managers within the district to maximise their potential and career growth Conducts regular store visits with management teams to drive quality, service, and cleanliness standards across all operating hours Monitors and ensures consistent execution of service excellence, taking corrective action when necessary Identifies opportunities to enhance operational performance and efficiency without compromising standards Drives financial success by achieving budget targets and exceeding previous year's sales figures while effectively managing food and labor costs Understands that delivering an outstanding customer experience is key to sustained sales growth Supports national and local marketing initiatives, including new product launches Ensures compliance with all health and food safety regulations, taking corrective action as needed Protects the brand's reputation and assets by enforcing company policies and procedures Conducts store evaluations using audit tools, coaching and retraining managers as required Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-site management within the restaurant industry Proven success as a District Manager in developing high-performing teams A hands-on leader who thrives in an operational role Flexibility to work across all day parts based on business needs Experience in opening and launching new locations If you're ready to lead in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and be part of an exciting new chapter for this business, we'd love to hear from you.
