HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our client's expanding HR team in Ireland.

The Job:
* Employee engagement & query resolution
* T&A reporting
* Comps/bens administration
* Running recruitment campaigns
* Onboarding new hires
* Overseeing training/L&D programmes
* HR metrics/data reporting
* Supporting the HR Manager & wider leadership teams with their HR needs & projects
Your Skills/Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline
* 3+ years relevant HR experience as a minimum
* Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data analysis & HR reporting skills
* Due to the rural location of this company on the Limerick/Cork border, you must have your own transport
The Offer:
This is a permanent role. Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range from 45k to approx. 50k for a more experienced candidate.
This role will be fully office-based initially, but with the potential for 1 day from home/remote once fully onboarded.
