The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland is seeking a Casework Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with charities and make a real difference in people's lives.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Northern Ireland. As a Casework Manager, you will be responsible for managing casework, providing guidance and support to charities, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage casework, including investigating complaints and taking enforcement action where necessary.
* Provide guidance and support to charities on governance, financial management, and compliance with the law.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including charity representatives and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
* You must have experience of working in a similar role, preferably within a regulatory or charitable organization.
* You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* You must have a strong understanding of charity law and governance.
