KNOW THE ROLE
Working with Others
* Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.
Guest Experience
* Support team members to ensure a great guest experience, including assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and supporting in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
* Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
* Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues, helping to “make it right” for guests.
Operations
* Implement the Store Manager’s vision for the store and cascade to team members.
* Partner with Store Manager to review business data and metrics to inform planning processes.
* Manage the store’s budget, labor hours, expenses, and P&L statement.
* Provide sales floor leadership, including planning sales floor coverage and maintaining efficiency.
* Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing checklists.
* Understand and adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
* Perform work in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Budget Responsibility
* Accountable for delegated aspects of controllable budget or labor hours.
People Management
* Indirectly responsible for a subset of store employees during shifts.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must have proof of the Right to Work.
* Must be able to travel to the assigned store.
Availability
* Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness Requirements
* Willing to work as part of a team and independently.
* Willing to move through a store for most of a shift.
* Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
* Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
Experience
* Work experience in leadership or people management.
Job Assets
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Experience: 1 year retail or sales-specific management experience.
