Job Title: University/Early Years Recruiter

If you have experience engaging with Early in Profession (EIP) candidates, our client, one of the Big5, is transforming its business and culture, and we are looking for Finder recruiters to source top campus talent leading this transformation.
This role focuses on building campus talent pipelines for graduate and intern positions across Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Technical Consulting businesses.
The Finder ensures pipelines meet hiring demands through a combination of talent sourcing and reviewing CVs via the application tracking system.
Key Activities:
* Posting jobs (requisitions) on careers sites via internal systems
* Reviewing applications based on criteria, conducting supplemental sourcing (via internal systems & online) where required
* Processing all applications inline with agreed workflow, achieving 100% systems and data accuracy
* Selecting shortlists of candidates based on agreed criteria, progressing to Interview/assessment events
* Dispositioning candidates not selected for assessment
* Briefing candidates on interview formats in advance of assessment events
* Executing to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) throughout the process
Candidate Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience on similar positions - early in profession/career
* Sourcing experience
* Attention to detail, data-driven, and data accuracy
