Job Description
Position: Counter Server - Kanoodle
Reporting to: Manager & Shift Supervisor
Work in liaison with: Line Shifts & Delivery Drivers
Job Purpose: To provide the highest standard of customer service in line with company standards & procedures.
General Duties:
1. To ensure that all company systems, procedures and standards are adhered to.
2. To carry out the "Kanoodle Service Steps" on every customer.
3. To operate the Kanoodle EPOS system and driver station.
4. To allocate delivery orders to drivers.
5. To pack Kanoodle orders using the labelling system.
6. To ensure that you are always in the correct uniform.
7. To practice the highest standards of personal hygiene.
8. To complete all daily/nightly/weekly cleaning schedules.
9. To complete operational opening and closing checklists.
10. To attend training sessions both on job/off job as required.
11. To attend all staff meetings.
12. To work all rostered hours.
13. Any other duty necessary in the successful execution of your position.
