Job description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office and Accounts Assistant to support our administrative and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations and maintain an organised work environment Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle correspondence Support the finance team with data entry and record - keeping Assist in processing invoices, receipts and payments Help with bank reconciliations and month-end closing tasks Prepare basic financial reports needed Assist in employee expense tracking Preparation of Revenue returns on a monthly basis Ad hoc duties Qualifications: Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel for data management and reporting Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
