AWS Infrastructure is seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Brokerage Operations Manager with proven experience in driving process improvement and managing complex customs brokerage challenges. The successful candidate will have a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving tangible results in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Dublin.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee import/export brokerage operations, planning, and execution for existing programs.
2. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
3. Manage trade planning and execution for new program launches.
4. Identify and resolve complex customs brokerage challenges to minimize shipment delays.
5. Drive optimization initiatives by leveraging technology.
6. Conduct trend analyses to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 5+ years of direct experience in customs brokerage and/or trade compliance operations.
2. Ability to multi-task complex and competing priorities with high quality output.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience analyzing business problems using various analytical tools.
2. Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
3. Experience engaging with regulators and representing complex requirements for import and/or export activities.
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
