What you'll do:
As a Finance & Capital Markets Associate, you will be immersed in a dynamic, experienced team of high-performance professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing prestigious clients located both locally and globally. Your role will encompass everything from managing debt issuance programmes to handling complex structured finance transactions. You will also play a key role in advising clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions. This role promises interesting, rewarding work that is both challenging and impactful.
* Work on debt issuance programmes and private placements
* Handle derivatives and risk transfer arrangements
* Manage finance and fund finance operations
* Deal with green finance and ESG products
* Oversee loan portfolio sales and private credit operations
* Work on secured and unsecured corporate debt issuance transactions
* Manage securitisations including ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, synthetic securitisations
* Handle securities law and regulatory considerations
* Work on structured finance transactions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance & Capital Markets Associate position will bring 2-4 years post qualification experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets from a recognised practice or in-house. You should possess strong academic credentials coupled with excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills. A high level of commercial awareness is essential along with a calm approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication skills are required along with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
