Working on security, power management and other system-on-chip (SoC) functions, you will be impacting multiple business units spanning diverse markets like IoT, Mobile, Automotive, XR, and Compute.If you thrive on tackling complex challenges and enjoy collaborating within a diverse, multicultural team, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Micro-Architecture: Designing micro-architecture for digital blocks, from simple to complex.RTL Development: Developing RTL (Register Transfer Level) code following industry best practices. This includes addressing multi-clock designs, high-frequency requirements, low power consumption, and low latency while maintaining high performance.Debugging and Post-Silicon Bring-Up: Troubleshooting and debugging during development and supporting post-silicon bring-up.Documentation: Creating thorough design documentation for clarity and maintainability.Design Optimization: Optimizing designs for key metrics like area, power, and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with teams focused on DFT (Design for Testability), Implementation, Verification, Emulation, and Firmware.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of ASIC design experience.Complex Digital Logic Design: Demonstrated experience designing complex digital logic blocks.ISA Familiarity: Knowledge of ISAs (Instruction Set Architectures) such as ARM THUMB or RISC-V.Processor/Microcontroller System Design: A solid understanding of processor or microcontroller system design.Multi-Power and Multi-Clock Domain Designs: Experience with designs that incorporate multiple power and clock domains.Scripting/Automation Languages: Proficiency in scripting or automation languages like Python or Perl.Industry Standard Digital Tools: Familiarity with current industry-standard digital design tools.Advanced Node Awareness: Understanding of the challenges associated with advanced node technologies.Interested?
