Coordinated scheduling and inventory requirements for controlled production, implementing systems to generate and analyze product performance data. Monitored ongoing performance and stability of control products, identifying and resolving issues with the Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisted in troubleshooting product problems on the production floor.
* Liaised with sales staff on production requirements for analyte composition and targeting in control products.
* Monitored inventory of finished goods and provided technical support for the introduction of new products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in biochemistry or equivalent.
* Understanding of clinical biochemistry principles.
* Knowledge of protein, enzyme, hormone, and peptide interactions in human serum matrices.
* Experience in production operations and quality assurance in an ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IMB/FDA regulated environment.
