Role Summary: TheHead of Operationswill play a pivotal role in overseeing all internal operations forour HPOdivision,ensuringseamlesscoordination,exceptionalservicedelivery,and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency,people performance,customerrelations,andstrategic direction.
