Job Description:
We are looking for a Clinical Development Associate Director to provide leadership and direction for consultants, associates, and assistants supporting trials within the Clinical Development organization. This position enables asset strategy, focuses on results, and emphasizes cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and objectives of clinical development within the broader Clinical Design Delivery Analytics (CDDA) organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Clinical Development Advisor to ensure trial-level planning and execution align with strategy and timelines.
Responsibilities include business planning, resource management, trial management expertise, training and compliance, application/improvement of processes, communication, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or University degree (scientific or health-related field preferred) and 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field; or an advanced degree. Additional preferences include demonstrated technical and process expertise in clinical trial development, strong communication skills, proven ability to coach others, and strong people and leadership skills.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. The successful candidate will be able to facilitate high-level discussions with vendors, partner with other cross-functional leadership to identify and facilitate resolution of clinical trial operational issues, and manage the performance management process for staff members. Travel may be required.

Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
Estimated Salary Range:
$135,000 per year
