Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact with clients and stakeholders during the onboarding process.
* Maintaining and developing client relationships throughout the onboarding journey.
* Coordination of tasks involved at entity setup phase, including liaison with third-party service providers and internal teams.
* Collating client information and due diligence/KYC documents for compliance approval.
* Forming collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness.
* Maintaining accurate files and records.
Your Profile:
* A strong desire to develop a career in the Alternative Investment Funds Industry.
* A basic understanding of financial services, with Business Administration and Corporate Secretarial experience considered an advantage.
* A self-starter mentality, always driving to find answers and create solutions.
* Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with people across different roles and levels of seniority.
* Adaptability to align priorities with clients' varying requirements.
* An excellent communicator, able to express yourself clearly and concisely in a friendly and professional manner verbally and by email.
* A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
