HR Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our client's high-performing team in Dublin.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to their mission by delivering top-tier HR support and expert advice to a diverse client base.
You will play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and aligning with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of Employment Law, and a proven ability to offer practical, commercially-minded advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement tailored HR solutions that align with best practices and legal requirements.
* Provide expert HR support and advice to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.
* Lead and manage complex workplace investigations, such as those involving Dignity at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance cases, and deliver tailored HR solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
* Build and maintain client relationships, conduct research on HR and legal developments, and deliver seminars and training workshops.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of HR experience.
* Strong communication, project management, and writing skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude.
* Nationwide travel required; a full clean driving license and your own transport necessary.
