Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Customer Account Manager to maintain and expand their customer accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supporting the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of a relevant degree (Business/Finance/ Engineering)
2. 5-7 years of customer relationship/commercial experience.
3. Proven track record in business development.
4. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to travel as required.
8. Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
9. Knowledge of Medtech/Pharma Business preferred.
10. Experience with injection mould tooling and design and general moulding systems is a plus.
11. International business experience preferred.
Resp onsibilities:
12. Assist in the strategic development of existing accounts.
13. Effectively manage existing accounts and achieve associated annual targets.
14. Develop a strategic sales plan for the region in collaboration with Sales & Business Development Director.
15. Ensure timely communication with customers and address their concerns/dissatisfaction.
16. Identify key decision makers within target accounts and establish relationships leading to new opportunities.
17. Negotiate and establish legal agreements with new and existing customers.
18. Coordinate and prepare commercial bids for new business.
19. Build and maintain relationships within the customer's organization and ensure contract provisions are maintained.
20. Provide input to Capex documentation and submit account reports and plans.
21. Stay informed on market trends and participate in industry forums.
22. Participate in global account teams and align strategies across regions.
23. Adhere to the company's guiding principles and corporate code of conduct.
24. Ensure compliance with site environmental, health, and safety regulations and local company policies and procedures.
25. Perform additional duties as requested by the direct supervisor.
