Leadership Payroll Role
This leadership position reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for developing and driving the Group's payroll strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a large multinational company with a strong track record in academic achievement and excellent leadership skills.
* Develop and drive Group payroll strategy
* Lead implementation of regional payroll solutions and integration with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Regional Management, third-party payroll providers)
* Spearhead business reach operational goals and objectives by anticipating needs, managing risk, and determining creative means to implement new technical and process solutions
* Ensure best-in-class operational payroll function is in place for the Group
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement
* Operate the Group's payrolls are processed and recorded timely and accurately
* Lead and develop a team of six payroll professionals
* Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and country regulatory requirements
