Role Overview
This role is based in our state-of-the-art Head Office in Maynooth, where you will work with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting system and network problems, managing our Active Directory infrastructure, and installing and configuring applications and hardware as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults and escalate to the Head of IT when necessary
* Management of the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite
* Install and configure applications and hardware when required, design and develop solutions to automate the delivery of these services and solutions to Glenveagh
* Build, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams and written instructions for the various systems and services deployed
* Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all the various Glenveagh sites
* Support the setup and delivery of the IT services on new sites as required
Requirements
* AD/ TCP/ IP Network knowledge desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Operating System
* Full, clean drivers licence - required
* Strong planning & organisational skills
* Ability to work around issues and be creative as regards problem solving
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
