About the role
My client is an award-winning media publisher with one of the top-performing media sales teams in Ireland. They are now looking to expand their sales team to work on one of their award-winning brands.
Main Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of managing and delivering on monthly sales targets while collaborating with wider teams.
2. Be an expert in account management and deliver excellent client service both face-to-face and virtually.
3. Engage in client-facing activities primarily in the direct sales sector, requiring an understanding of the advertising market.
4. Drive towards targets and deliver exciting, innovative solutions for clients.
5. Maintain a high attention to detail, overseeing all sales and partnerships from concept to delivery.
6. Act as the key guide to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
7. Possess a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, delivery goals, and post-campaign analysis insights to provide top-class service.
Salary: Base Salary €35,000 DOE + great bonus structure
