We are recruiting a Supply Chain/Sales Administrator to join an international manufacturing company based in the Dublin 18 area.
The office looks after customer services and administration of the UK, Ireland and Nordic sales teams.
The headquarters of this company are based in Paris. A suitable candidate needs to be fluent in French.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer liaison – Order confirmation, lead time negotiation and relationship building.
* Liaising effectively on a daily basis with the supply chain teams at the other subsidiaries and Head office.
* Integrating sales orders onto the SAP system.
* Internal negotiation with the company production facility staff and the Sales Teams.
* Liaising with various departments in the company, such as Planning, Studio and Quality.
* Utilisation of SAP & CRM – order entry, lead time tracking, internal requests, etc.
* Supporting the management and sales team in a range of reasonable requests.
Experience & Skills required:
* Strong knowledge of SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work on one’s own initiative.
* Must be fluent in French & English both written and oral.
* Customer Service experience and good communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* The role is 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday-Friday; however, there will be occasions where the work may fall outside these hours. Candidates must be flexible in their attitude.
* Salary: €32-36k.
