Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and drive sales strategy for respective vertical customers by leveraging all of Advanta, DI (incl. DI SW), SI, Mobility competencies as well as ecosystem partners.
* Identify C-Level decision-makers, build strong strategic relationships, become a trusted and valued partner and advisor to client CXOs and key stakeholders.
* Establish pipeline and lead sales pursuit teams to engage clients and win relevant deals for Siemens and Siemens Advanta, driving closure of sales including negotiations for Advanta projects in the respective vertical market segment across EMEA.
* Nurture leads by assessing opportunity, communicating value propositions for customer, with timely follow up.
* Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, planning cost estimation and negotiating, developing proposals encompassing all aspects of deal.
* Orchestrate specific value propositions towards customers while taking ADV own and partner capabilities in consideration as well as required value selling approach and competitor differentiation.
* In collaboration with Siemens business units / EMEA Countries, support development and implementation of new services and solutions for ADV offering in cooperation with respective Subject Matter Experts and ADV Horizontals.
Requirements
* 10+ years of proven experience in customer facing role in service and/or solutions focused professional services, consulting, system integration environment with industry focus: Machine Builders.
* Existing customer relationships and networks across industry.
* Domain know-how in industry to ensure industry-specific proposal and use case development.
* Understanding of technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, security, IT, OT and AI.
* Understanding of customer journey - anticipating what digital transformation means for our customers and proactively developing solutions together with partners in ecosystem.
* Ability to engage at C-level or board level and to build strong professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build something new under uncertainty.
* Strong leadership and experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving cross projects in matrix organization.
* Excellent communication skills in English. Any additional language is an advantage.
