As an Incident Response Manager, you will:
Responsibilities:
* Resolve incidents within SLA timescales and close Major Incidents promptly.
* Provide accurate impact statements and recovery plans for Major Incidents.
* Coordinate high impact incident resolutions to minimize disruption.
* Investigate and triage Infrastructure alerts in real-time.
* Assess business impact of high severity issues and proposed changes.
* Translate technical impacts into business terms and prioritize accordingly.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in data analysis and identifying improvements.
* Quick understanding of complex systems.
* Identify process improvement opportunities.
* Diplomatic in complex business environments.
