Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Banking Solicitor to join their highly regarded Finance team.
The position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious client base on interesting and varied banking transactions.

The Role
The team act for domestic and international financial institutions, institutional investors and alternative lenders, as well as for a wide range of borrowers and sponsors, including investment funds, institutional investors, developers and corporate borrowers.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on some of the most interesting and high value deals on the market and will gain experience on a wide variety of finance matters including:
* Corporate lending mandates (including sustainability linked facilities)
* Leveraged and acquisition finance
* Real estate and development finance
* Fund finance
* Direct lending transactions
Candidates
* Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5 years PQE in Finance law
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enjoy working in a fast paced and collaborative work environment
