CareerWise are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our Mallow based client. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in employee resourcing, performance management, HR governance, HR systems, and project management.
ROLE
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Act as key HR Contact to designated stakeholders within the division - ensuring appropriate people strategies and initiatives are implemented.
3. Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure continuous employee development.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
5. Maintain and optimize HR systems for efficiency and accuracy.
6. Lead and support HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
3. Proficient in HR systems and software.
4. Excellent project management skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
