Job Description The Employee Experience Manager, reporting directly to the People Lead, plays a pivotal role in fostering a cohesive and engaging work environment within the project.
This role involves strategising, planning, and executing a programme of initiatives that promote a unified Team culture, ensuring that all staff feel connected and motivated.
The Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for developing core behavioural documentation and frameworks, facilitating team-building activities and ensuring office layout, engagement with staff are aligned.
The role requires a dynamic individual who can drive cultural change and create a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Principal Accountabilities Develop a strategy to manage the employee experience on the programme to include culture and engagement initiatives in consultation with the wider People function and the Programme Executive team.
Work collaboratively with the Programme Executive Team to align cultural initiatives with organisational & business goals.
Drive initiatives that bring organisational values based culture into practice.
Develop frameworks and documentation aimed at instilling a Team approach, such as project charters and core behaviours.
Lead organisational development initiatives in the area of culture, one team, engagement etc.
In collaboration with the wider People function review the full employee life cycle and ensure the "One Team" approach is embedded in all stages.
Implement action plans based on feedback to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Promote and reinforce desired behaviours through various communication channels.
Support the all-staff events, ensuring culture & engagement initiatives are embedded.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
Run engagement sessions and platforms to gauge the pulse of the organisation and address any perceived issues.
Conduct surveys and focus groups in collaboration with the wider People function to gather employee feedback in the area of culture and engagement.
Implement action plans based on feedback to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Imagine, develop, and deliver initiatives focused on creating a cohesive team environment.
Manage office branding and input into office layout changes to ensure they support a collaborative and One Team approach.
Facilitate team-building activities as required.
Design and execute activities that promote trust, communication, and collaboration.
Measure the impact of team-building initiatives on overall team performance.
Perform additional tasks, activities or other duties as may be required or assigned as part of the role.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications 10+ years' experience in the area of human resources, strategy, change management or similar role.
Proven experience in strategising and organising employee programmes.
Experience of presenting to a senior audience.
Demonstrated ability to run effective engagement sessions and address organisational issues.
Proven track record in facilitating team-building activities.
Qualifications Skills Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bring people on the journey.
Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to self-manage.
Ability to influence and work alongside Executive teams.
Driven with a focus on achieving goals and seeing them through.
Ability to imagine and develop innovative initiatives for team cohesion.
Formal Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advantageous however not mandatory for this role: Project Management Certification, PRINCE2.
