The Role
As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from the ground up. You will be responsible for setting out, leveling, and surveying sites while working closely with the project management team to ensure technical compliance and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting out, leveling, and surveying the construction site.
* Overseeing site operations and ensuring work is completed in line with design specifications.
* Managing site materials and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical queries.
* Monitoring health and safety standards on-site.
* Preparing detailed site reports and maintaining records of daily progress.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within residential or mixed-use development projects.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in surveying equipment and CAD software.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
