Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a strong sense of community by connecting residents with their local area and neighbours.
* Create an environment where our residents and staff alike feel they belong, where they feel heard and seen.
* Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents by staying informed and engaging with their life events.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, transparency is key and ensuring that we are attending to their needs promptly and professionally will lead to better resident engagement.
* Proactively engage with residents to understand who they are, their preferences, interests, and any concerns they may have.
* Event Planning: Organise and communicate regular events with our residents from pancake mornings to wine tastings, movie nights and sponsored walks.
* Front Desk Management: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing phone and email communications.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of minimum experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English, flexibility to work shift work, including Saturdays, and supervisory/management experience (preferable but not essential).
A sincere enthusiasm for customer service and a knack for engaging with people daily is a must. An upbeat and outgoing personality thrives on a positive, can-do attitude and a winning smile. Exceptional communication skills coupled with kindness and empathy, a stellar problem-solving ability, especially when navigating challenges under pressure.
