Who you are
You are a strong standout and passionate Property Manager with a focus to manage Vantage Towers Ireland’s portfolio of network sites in accordance with approved processes, procedures, systems and specific assigned responsibilities. You are a passionate professional that provides the foundation for the Network, managing the sites on a day to day basis, providing input and collaboration in devising new strategies for the portfolio of network sites.
The successful candidate will provide the foundation for the Network, managing the NW sites on a day to day basis, providing input and collaboration in devising new strategies for the NW sites portfolio of IE Towers Company, a subsidiary company of Vodafone, reporting to the Infrastructure & Operations Manager.
Key accountabilities
As Property Infrastructure Manager you will:
1. Ensure that Estate Management targets are met for assigned areas of responsibility including day to day management of MSAs, SSLs Lease/Licence negotiations, financial controls, site access, rental payments, planning permissions, legal instructions, phone credit, etc.
2. Acquire new or replacement sites within areas of responsibility or other as per network requirements.
3. Maintain accurate rental records (including CPI, DOV, adjustments, etc.) and power records in the system and ensure that all payments are made on time.
4. Take ownership of all new site leases/licenses ensuring that accurate information is transferred and accepted into the system.
5. Adopt a proactive, commercial and professional approach in managing relationships and negotiations, and in resolving legacy issues with site providers.
6. Ensure that correct documentation is produced, stored and maintained accurately and up to date in systems and records.
7. Provide up to date and timely reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
8. Collaborate with team members in Vodafone Towers and that of the customer/tenants.
9. Contribute as required to all projects and observe all necessary protocols regarding reporting, confidentiality, data protection, etc.
10. Carry out duties in accordance with VTIL systems, processes, policies and procedures, performance management process, financial planning, management and control, etc.
11. Be fully conversant and understand authority level and ultimate accountability of this role. Liaise regularly with the immediate manager and other relevant stakeholders to ensure full compliance as the levels are dynamic as the business changes.
What you need
1. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant engineering experience.
2. Must have a Degree/Diploma in Property Economics, Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent in a related area.
3. Commercial understanding and Estates management proven track record.
