Our client is a leading international Biotechnology company with a state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoighaire, South Dublin. The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience at Ireland's leading aseptic manufacturing plant.
Due to increased volume activity, we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our existing Talent Acquisition team in Dun Laoghaire, initially on a fixed-term contract basis.
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Associate plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality TA services. The combination of recruitment data analysis, outstanding sourcing & selecting techniques, and partnership with clients in HR & Line Management serves to drive organizational performance in acquiring the best talent.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for performing full life-cycle recruitment activities across various functions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and the onboarding process.
1. Partner with Hiring Managers and the business to fully understand the business needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans and campaigns.
2. Build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans.
3. Act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders by providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape.
4. Post jobs/positions in line with the hiring plan and prepare job offers.
5. Compile and maintain candidate information, job listings, and role requirements.
6. Maintain a local database and contact management of prospective candidates to improve the talent pipeline for key roles.
7. Coordinate events associated with attracting talent and talent assessment in support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
8. Contribute to the completion of specific projects around Talent Acquisition activity.
9. Recognize and call out challenges or risks as they arise in line with business requirements.
10. Support data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to optimize the Talent Acquisition process.

Requirements
1. University Degree – HR, Business or Science
2. 5 years experience in Recruitment
3. Ideally experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
4. Experience working in a multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology organization
5. Successful delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns
6. Knowledge and experience of various branding and recruitment marketing tools & processes
7. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems – ideally Workday
8. Ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines
9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
