* The role plays a key part in project delivery teams responsible for developing, communicating, and maintaining the overall functional and technical solution.
* To ensure a Right First-Time approach to delivering client value.
* Maintain the integrity and consistency of the overall solution being deployed.
* Maintain the overall solution architecture, encompassing both the target and interim phases.
* Establish program/project governance aligned with clients' best practices.
* Ensure project/program planning reflects phasing and rollout considerations, understood by all stakeholders.
* Active participation in regular program/project status meetings and steering committees as needed.
* Solution governance ensuring projects deliver on commitments.
* Ongoing feedback to Product Management regarding implementation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Banking industry, holding a lead role with exposure to Retail or Corporate banking operations.
* Experience leading Banking Solutions is essential.
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of the banking vertical, articulating end-to-end requirements for systems and processes and the pros and cons of various approaches.
* Demonstrate deep product and industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
* A team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-teams for successful solutions delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, explaining functional and technical concepts to lay audiences.
* Strong presentation and organizational skills.
* Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and plan work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
* Strong team and interpersonal skills.
* Strong Conceptual and Analytical skills.
* TOGAF9 certification preferred.
