The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous reception / reservations experience, be self motivated, friendly & outgoing and display excellent customer service skills.
Main Duties
* Efficiently check in and check out all our guests providing the best customer service possible and accuracy.
* Greet all our guests in a friendly and polite manner and ensuring our guests needs are met and anticipated.
* Answer all incoming calls promptly and forward calls or messages to the intended person or guest.
