Quality Systems Co-ordinator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, career-minded individual to progress their career within the FSQ Department in Dunbia.
This role is based at our Retail site and involves working as part of our existing site team to manage business-critical IT systems that control technical and quality information on site.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and ensuring that systems are maintained accurately to achieve maximum output.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily label designs on various IT-based systems;
* Ensuring accuracy and correctness of information printed online across shop floor systems;
* Maintaining PLU files for individual products across data management and Emydex shop floor systems;
* Updating retail pricing information on shop floor systems in line with production requirements and processing times;
* Maintaining and updating relevant retail price lists and communicating changes/updates to necessary departments;
* Generating and verifying test labels and system screenshots for final approval prior to operations commencing;
The Person
We are looking for an individual with:
* Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude;
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills for interfacing with key business stakeholders;
* Able to work shifts;
* A full clean driving license;
* Good computer literacy and troubleshooting skills, including previous experience with shop floor IT-based systems.
Desirable Qualifications
Candidates with demonstrable knowledge of the red meat supply chain/quality assurance and UK retailer industry will be preferred. Previous experience working in the food industry, ideally in a quality/label verification or IT labelling systems type role, will also be advantageous.
