We are recruiting a Site Administrator to join our project in Donegal.
Your mission
1. Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details.
4. Reporting of KPI's.
5. Completing the site resource tracker each week.
6. General filing (on cloud) and office duties.
7. Soft copy file management.
8. Record Keeping.
9. Assisting managers with clerical duties.
10. Generating and managing statistics of site works.
11. Experience of MS Excel essential.
12. Other adhoc duties as required.
13. Processing of goods received documents.
14. Reporting to Site Project Manager.
Who are we looking for?
1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced similar role.
3. Strong IT experience with Microsoft office skills and pdf software tools.
4. Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills.
5. Knowledge of COINS software is advantageous (training can be provided).
6. Knowledge of snagging related to construction would be a benefit, but is not essential.
