Litigation Legal Secretary | Dublin | 35-40K My Client is looking for a Legal Secretary for a busy Dublin 2 Solicitors firm to provide support and general administrative assistance to the litigation fee earners teams. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive Law Firm. Prior experience in a busy and demanding Legal Secretary role is preferred. Responsibilities include: Transcribing dictation; Dictaphone Filing and Archiving Sorting, Scanning, Filing & general administrative support; Diary management and arranging meetings; Maintaining calendars; Monitoring Trial dates and call over lists; Formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents; Collecting information and preparing legal documents for the Law Clerk; Corresponding with Clients, Experts, Counsel, Solicitors and Witnesses; Preparing Declarations, Contracts and formatting legal documents, Billing, cheque requisitioning Other ad hoc activities as required. The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience: Prior experience in litigation Excellent organizational skills; Strong attention to detail; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Case management system would be a distinct advantage.
