Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality & EHS Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
As Quality & EHS Coordinator, you will be performing a vital and varied role as main colleague for Quality Control. Interpreting daily requirements for the Watson Marlow Ireland Site production outputs to accurately allocate workload to ensure we meet the needs of our customers. Whilst also supporting the Quality & EHS Lead to support EHS requirements for the site.
1. Ensure all product inspection and release is completed in conjunction with written inspection criteria and that all colleagues across manufacturing have maintained WMArchitect’s strict quality standards.
2. Be the “voice of the customer” by championing our highest quality standards to others.
3. Report all Quality Control collated information such as rework and/or reject data to all required departments.
4. Assist in the maintenance of all Quality Control documentation to ensure that product traceability and ISO9001 compliance is achieved.
5. Report delays in product releasing and inspection with communication to other functions.
6. Manage the environmental monitoring - Bioburden Testing and Airborne Particulates – to directly maintain class 7 cleanroom standards in line with ISO 14644.
7. Assist in the management of any Non-conformance investigations and CAPA actions assigned in the Trackwise QMS system.
8. Assist the Quality & EHS lead in all aspects of compliance with EHS requirements assigned by Watson Marlow and Spirax Group.
9. Identify areas for continuous improvement and proactively engage in CI projects.
10. Using process and product knowledge you will help provide coaching for all staff across the business regarding product quality and company compliance.
11. Assist when required with internal and external ISO and customer audits.
12. Participate in cross department initiatives and attend meetings when requested.
13. Comply with all Health and Safety processes and engage in EHS concerns reporting.
Skills/Experience:
* Experience of working within a cleanroom environment.
* Knowledge of eQMS (e.g. TrackWise) is advantageous.
* ERP & H&S systems experience preferred.
* Experience of working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, Biopharma knowledge preferred.
* Experience of Quality Control inspection history being advantageous.
* Knowledge of the ISO9001 quality standard.
* Experience of maintaining quality standards within manufacturing.
* Proficient IT skills and experience of ERP systems.
