Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the execution of audit fieldwork for the firm's clients.
* Ensure audit files are completed on schedule and meet compliance standards for review and finalisation.
* Prepare statutory financial statements and related documentation for review.
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and professionalism throughout the audit process.
* Supervise, mentor, and train team members to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

Requirements
* Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years PQE experience.
* Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and directly engage with clients.
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving acumen.
* Ability to work independently and effectively supervise team members.
* Commitment to continuous professional development, adhering to ACCA or equivalent requirements.
