Breakfast Chef
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at the 4* Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, located near the Bord Gais Theatre by the Docklands.
The successful candidate will enjoy free gym membership, meals on duty and other great benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
* Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
* A passion for and genuine interest in food.
* A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
* A team player who can work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
