Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Duty Manager to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the property.
* Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all F&B departments.
* Collaborate with department heads to optimize staffing, training, and development initiatives.
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial and operational targets.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to deliver seamless service in line with brand standards.
* Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special functions.
* Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
