The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a very diverse business with a customer base that spans many areas including: Industry, Commercial, Service, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Pest Control. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with great attention to detail and who is eager to gain valuable experience providing key support to the CEO of Elis Ireland and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
2. Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other company-wide events.
3. Act as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and other departments within the company.
4. Keep a current knowledge of industry trends and updates.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Manage internal communications and ensure all employees are informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
1. Outstanding collaborative and communication skills with the ability to work in team settings.
2. Strong IT skills - note-taking apps, scheduling solutions, business travel platforms, and task management platforms.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to successfully multitask.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Trustworthy - maintain confidentiality and discretion.
7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and interpret information effectively to continuously implement improvements.
8. Experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
