Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their fleet requirements.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet market.
Present and sell the companys range of vehicles to potential and existing fleet customers.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Provide tailored fleet solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and aftersales support.
Collaborate with the finance team to arrange funding and leasing options for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of success in fleet sales or a similar sales role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of fleet management and vehicle leasing options.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Full, valid, current driving licence for driving in Ireland.
