Job Description:
The ALG Solutions eDiscovery and Investigations support team in Dublin is seeking to hire an experienced eDiscovery Specialist and would welcome expressions of interest from candidates with proven track records of delivery and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
This role provides the chance to become part of an expanding ALG Solutions team, and an opportunity to create an impact in a firm that is transforming how legal professionals deliver legal services. While being part of the Technology function of ALG Solutions, this role will involve working with the eDiscovery and Investigations support team of ALG Solutions.
Working with ALG Solutions teams, as well as the firm's practice groups, the eDiscovery Specialist will be required to provide technical and professional support to cover the full eDiscovery EDRM lifecycle and will assist in leading efforts ensuring that ALG builds on its market leading legal analysis to include market leading digital analysis in the eDiscovery field.
This role will report to the Manager, Legal Technology & eDiscovery Team.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for providing excellent client service and ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standard.
* Manage large eDiscovery projects from initial scoping through to conclusion/archiving.
* Supporting the delivery of technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients in:
- eDiscovery
- Data management
- Data collection and processing
- Document review
- Relevant court rules and practice directions
* Implementation and rollout of RelativityOne on various projects.
* Advising case teams and clients on the methodology for forensic collection of data.
* Assisting case teams in leveraging our technology stack.
* Delivering consistent, clear, and proactive communications to legal teams and clients.
* Ensuring that up-to-date records are maintained regarding the status of all projects.
* Development of repeatable, legally defensible workflows for technology initiatives.
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Provide training and support to clients and legal teams.
* Identification of EDRM applications that ALG could onboard to deliver efficiencies.
* Preparing and delivering business cases for the expansion of ALG Solution's core services.
Requirements
* At least 3 years industry experience in eDiscovery / e-Disclosure.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other technical related fields.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
* Proficient in identifying technical issues and recommending solutions.
* Technical experiences required:
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) - (Very Advantageous)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong SQL skills.
* High level of professionalism and accountability.
* A self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguity.
* Flexibility to work beyond office hours on occasion.
