I'm currently seeking a Change Manager on an initial 6 month contract with a large globally recognized client based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing organizational change management initiatives and helping teams implement change within predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads the development and maintenance of a sustainable change infrastructure with standardized methods and procedures to ensure the efficient adoption of changes.
* Supports development and maintenance of change management content and training.
* Prepare and hold regular check-ins with programs and projects to highlight learnings, facilitate cross-team collaboration, provide guidance, and maintain quality across change management efforts.
* Carrying out comprehensive Business Impact Assessments.
* Facilitating Change Management workshops and meetings.
* Creating Business Change Management Plans.
* Tracking progress against programme plans.
* Supporting the delivery of change into the organisation through 'best practice' project, programme and change management.
Key Requirements:
* 10 years of experience building and leading change management organizations.
* Self-starter and motivator.
* Excellent working knowledge of Change Management and how to deliver it end to end.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to influence others at all levels and move toward a common vision or goal.
