Freight Administrator (6 Month FTC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
About the Role:
* Plan shipments based on material availability and customer requests.
* Track orders and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
* Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
* Coordinate supply chain processes to improve efficiency and quality.
* Schedule collections and deliveries for customers.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar in a logistics environment.
* Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
* Basic accounting knowledge and strong IT skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
