Job Description: Information Architect / Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced information manager to lead the development and implementation of our governance framework.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in information management, with experience working on M365 deployment projects and implementing information management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and monitoring of policies and processes relevant to the management of our information and data.
* Communicate these policies and processes through training and guidance.
* Oversee the IM elements of the M365 Project, including creating FAT structures and Information Asset Registers.
* Identify and apply metadata to manage the information lifecycle.
* Advising and guiding the M365 team on information management good practice.
* Providing update and status reports on progress to programme team.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Post graduate degree in records management/information management or other relevant qualification.
* Extensive experience with M365 and MS Office products.
* Fluent in English.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
