Job Summary
A global industrial client seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have good experience in Industrial Relations and be comfortable supporting managers with employee relations cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support managers and employees on all aspects of HR
* Implement local and global policies and practices
* Support recruitment and staff development plans
* Drive employee engagement to support retention
* Manage the relationship with the business and unions effectively
* Support ad hoc HR projects as needed
Requirements:
* Degree in HR or related subject
* CIPD qualification desirable
* Previous experience working in a unionised environment essential
* Irish employment law experience required
* Ability to work independently
* Capacity for travel
